Star Program

Our Star program is an introductory program that focuses on learning the basics and fundamental skills of Artistic Swimming. It allows swimmers to progress at their own pace, while still enjoying the fun and friendship of a group activity. Swimmers in this program will learn skills corresponding to their Star level, along with a group routine they will showcase at our annual watershows. This program allows swimmers to experience the creativity and fitness that Artistic Swimming provides in a fun learning environment. For swimmers interested in the competitive program, the Star program will give them the skills they need to succeed as competitive swimmers.

In order to begin the Star program, swimmers should:
Be able to swim one length of the pool (25m)
Be comfortable in deep water
Be able to practice one day a week
Be at least seven years old

Performance Artistic Swimming

We are a club that focuses on the Canada Artistic Swimming STAR Program, on creating routines and on the opportunity to perform fun themed routines during the year along side other athletes. Come be a part of the fun and join the Nelson Reflections this season!
